Sheet Shearing Machine (with Laser) LDT-CQ-600

This machine is used for cutting the edge of inlay sheets. It applies the vision system to check the inlay position, then cutting the edge of the inlays. And also it apply the Laser Engraving Machine to make the laser marks on the sheets.  

Ø Realize the Inlay sheet right-angle side shearing automatically.

Ø Auto feeding, auto calibration, auto shearing, laser engraving, auto collecting.

Ø Applying 2 sets of cameras as the Vision System to realize high accurate and effective position recognition for the inlay.

Ø Applying PLC+ HMI control system to realize stable and easy operation.

Ø The cutting inlay image will be displayed on the PC screen, so easy to check the accuracy.

Ø The machine could rotate the sheets with 180 degrees at the cutting station, so it could to realize 4 edges of one sheet cutting if necessary. Normally the machine cuts only 2 edges of the sheet.

Functions：

This machine is used for the inlay right-angle edge cutting.  It is a full auto running machine, applying the vision system to make the location. 3 sets of axis servo systems make correction for the shearing.  The machine is accurate, high speed to get high production yield. This machine can be customized for other cutting functions.  

The machine also has the Sheets Rotation function, which could rotate the sheets into another 2 edge sides for cutting. So under this way, all 4 edges of the sheet could cut by this machine, and also the machine intergrates the Laser Engraving unit for laser marking. As below illustration shows:

Features:

1. The machine is controlled by PLC and HMI. Which make the machine easy to operate and adjust the parameters.

2. The machine applies 2 sets of cameras to realize the high accurate inlay position recognition, the location accuracy is ±0.015mm.

3. 3 sets of axis servo systems make correction for the shearing automatically. The servo systems are accurate and stable.

4. The punching tools are made by CNC machine to make sure the tools with high accuracy and right-angel. And using high level steel to make it with long life. The punching tools could replace with the new one after using long time. And the punching tools could make the regrinding to use again.

5. The machine applies servo punching system as shearing power, which is low noise, suitable for shearing different kinds of sheets’ thickness.

6. Applying Laser Engraving Unit after shearing, which can automatically make the laser marks on the upper left of the sheet.

7. The machine is auto feeding, auto collecting. The height of feeding and collecting area is 280mm. Which realizes the whole machine run automatically. So that means you could put 500 to 700 sheets on the feeder and output.

8. The machine also has the Sheets Rotation function: after cutting the feeding 2 edges, then the machine will rotate the sheets into another 2 edge sides for cutting. So all 4 edges of the sheet could be cut by this machine. The machine could work for just 2 edges cutting.
